In the KW region of Ontario we work closely with each client to understand their unique staffing needs and to create customized recruiting plans for quick and efficient placements. Our applicants are hand-picked specifically for each company to make sure we create the perfect match between the two. We Choose from a pool of skilled workers who satisfy our 5-point screening criteria based on skill, quality, reliability, punctuality and customer satisfaction. We also do background checks as a part of our screening process. All of our workers are registered with WSIB. We conduct testing for aptitude, Health & Safety Awareness, WHMIS, and AODA on our workers as standard practice. Additional testing upon the employer’s demand can also be conducted as necessary.
